Shipping and Delivery Policy 

DogboxX knows that you may be concerned how data information about you is shared and used, and we appreciate your trust that we will do everything we can for your privacy and security. 

Unless noted otherwise in the ordering process, DogboxX strives to ship all items generally within four business days of receiving an order. We will send you a notification of any delay, product availability issues or cancellation of your order that we are informed of.

With standard economy shipping for most items, your order will be processed and sent out with-in 2 business days (weekend days not included). Some overseas products or a heavy item may add a few days to processing. For expedite shipping, due to high costs in the economy, we currently do not offer 1 or two day shipping.

 

Delivery Policy

Estimated Delivery Times:

3-5 days for 85% of orders.

6-8 days for 10% of orders.

Over 9 days for 5% of orders.

DogboxX.com has many unique products not found often in other stores. These items, especially if specialty or custom-made, may be shipped from overseas occasionally, which might take over 9 days or more. We make every effort to select the majority of our store's merchandise in the USA to expedite the process of our Free Economy shipping. 

 

Tax Information

Unless specifically stated during the ordering process, sales tax is not computed and collected separately in relation to items purchased from Dogbox. Depending on the location to which the order is transported, Dogbox items may be taxable in some areas. According to state tax rules, if an item is subject to sales tax, the tax is often computed as the entire selling price of each item, less any applicable discounts, and includes shipping and handling fees, gift-wrap fees, and other service charges. whether taxes are computed and collected individually for things purchased via Dogbox. The  taxes that are charged if applicable to your credit card will be determined when your order is processed and will show up in your order confirmation email; the tax amounts that are displayed during the ordering process are estimates.
